Photo Requirements
REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT: Your photos must include:
- Flyer clearly visible on windshield
- License plate visible in the same photo
- Daytime photos only - no night photos accepted
- Clear, well-lit images showing both flyer and plate
✅ CORRECT: Photo shows flyer placement and license plate
WARNING: Failure to follow these photo requirements will result in automatic suspension.
Guidelines & Rules
To ensure quality and fairness:
- No duplicate photos of the same location
- Photos must be taken at the actual placement location
- Each photo should be unique and clear
- Follow all local regulations and property rules
Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will result in payment deductions and possible account suspension.
Rules to Avoid Being Banned
Respect Private Property:
If anyone asks you to leave the premises, you must leave immediately without argument. No exceptions.
Flyer Distribution Guidelines:
- Place flyers on car windshields only - no doors or other locations
- ONLY public or commercial parking lots - NO APARTMENT COMPLEXES
- Flyers must be clearly visible under the windshield wiper
- No distribution after dark
- Stay within 3 miles of the property you picked up flyers from
Appearance and Conduct:
No suspicious activity or inappropriate attire is allowed while distributing flyers. Violations will result in app access being revoked.
Flyer Pickup Agreement:
When you pick up flyers, you agree to complete the distribution. Picking up flyers and not completing the work will result in your access being revoked.
Office Visits:
Do not visit any offices without scheduling and receiving confirmation of your appointment time. Unscheduled visits will result in your app access being revoked.
Verification System:
The app uses AI technology to detect duplicate photos of the same vehicle. Submitting duplicate photos will result in immediate and permanent loss of app access.
Legal Agreement
Independent Contractor Agreement & Hold Harmless Agreement
1. Independent Contractor Status: By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Atom Management LLC or any of its affiliates. You understand that you are not entitled to any employee benefits and are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
2. Hold Harmless Agreement: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atom Management LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, judgments, and/or expenses, including attorney fees, arising either directly or indirectly from any act or failure to act by you, including any and all injury or damage to person or property, whether or not such liability is based in contract, tort, or strict liability.
3. Risk Assumption: You acknowledge that your activities as a flyer distributor involve certain inherent risks and dangers. You voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while performing distribution activities.
4. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and property rules while performing distribution activities. You acknowledge that any violation of laws or regulations is solely your responsibility.
5. No Agency: Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create an agency relationship, employment relationship, or joint venture between you and Atom Management LLC.
6. Complete Release: You release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Atom Management LLC for any liability to you, your personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or demands thereof on account of injury to person or property.
